Every cookery class is designed on a particular culinary topic and it is suitable for all abilities, including absolute beginners, intermediate or advanced levels. Every dish will be paired with proper wines. After the cookery class you will sit all together to enjoy your tasty work.


PASTA EXPERIENCE
Dive into the exquisite world of tagliolini, ravioli and cappelletti! Learn in our pasta course in Turin, how you can recreate the icon of the Italian cuisine from simple ingredients, delicate fillings and refined sauces.

1) TAGLIATELLE & CO
Preparation of the egg dough, rolling of the dough sheets, cutting of the tagliatelle and/or tagliolini. You can also dye the noodles with natural products: cacao, spinaches, culinary herbs, saffron, beetroot flesh.
Preparation of two sauces to choose between:
tomato sauce with fresh basil
tomato sauce with onion and seasonings
tomato-sausage sauce
fondue with robiola cheese and hazelnuts
gorgonzola sauce with nuts
pesto

2) FILLED PASTA
Preparation of the egg dough, rolling of the dough sheets, preparation of ravioli (or agnolotti) and cappelletti.
Possible fillings:
ricotta cheese, spinaches and pesto
ham, veal and parmesan
Preparation of two sauces to choose between:
Ravioli with butter and sage or
Ravioli with tomato sauce and basil
Cappelletti with cream and ham or Cappelletti soup

4-COURSE-MENU
Preparation of a 4-course-menu, from the starter to the dessert, to surprise your guests with a very special dinner.

First option:
marinated anchovies with flavoured butter (mixed with mascarpone cheese) or peppers with tuna mousse
olivier salad
tagliatelle with tomato sauce and basil
panna cotta with rum and garnish

Second option:
meat balls with Langhe-hazelnuts or tomino cheese mousse and piedmontese green sauce
vegetable pie with cheese sauce
tagliatelle with tomato sauce with ground beef
zabaione

Third option:
stuffed savoy cabbage roulade
filled paccheri with ricotta cheese and leeks in parmesan fondue
rabbit meat with peppers
bonet or crème caramel
